Our story

Raw Aura was established August 2009 from a passion for a healthy, hand crafted cuisine. We have stayed true to our roots, as we use the finest Organic and local products in our dishes.

Everything is handcrafted and made from scratch, including our desserts. There is no dairy, gluten or sugar which enables many people with dietary issues to enjoy dining out. Raw Aura has bridged people from a spectrum of dietary choices, which makes us happy to see. Balance, honesty, passion and hard work is the essence of Raw Aura which is embodied in every dish we serve.
